Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) p6x Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the payment method, device, or name used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, p6x reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit all associated Balances, and permanently bar the individual from the Platform.
All p6x Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) using a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, and UMID. Full withdrawal functionality is not available until KYC verification is successfully completed. p6x may request updated KYC documentation at any time, including where account activity triggers a compliance review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p6x Account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You agree to notify p6x immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. p6x will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or full payment credentials through any channel.
You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date. In particular, your registered mobile number and any linked payment accounts must remain current. p6x bears no liability for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated Account information.
You may request the closure of your p6x Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your designated withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC and wagering requirements are satisfied.
p6x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, suspected age violations, collusion, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, p6x may forfeit the associated Balance.
